Please download and fill out the Personal Record Form. The Personal Record form will provide us with vital information on our contestants. Information such as your name, address, email, county, pony measurements, age and years in 4-H. We only use this information to contact you if we have a question about your points during the series and to quantify the number of contestants at the end of the series. Contestants must fill out a Personal Record form in order for his/her points to count toward awards.
To check your points please select the 2010 Points Record link below. This pdf will be updated after every show. Please allow a few extra days for points to be posted after the first show, as it usually takes longer to enter all the contestant names and points on the first show.
